The unique property boasts over 440 acres of land, with varied terrain and spectacular views. Included in this acreage is Pacey’s Island, 300 acres of open land surrounded by the Barwon River, which offers a truly unique riding experience.
The property is well equipped for all your equine needs with an Olympic size Indoor arena, show jumping arena, full Cross Country course,
horse wash, tie up areas and stables.
The property is owned and operated by Scott & Tracey Rodgers,
who formed an equestrian partnership over 20 years ago ,breaking ,training and competing successfully up to FEI level dressage.
Located on the property is Koombahla Park Riding School. Established in 1975 by Robin Lamperd, and now directed by his son, Murray Lamperd, a Four Star (Olympic Level) Eventer and EFA level 2 Coach. Koombahla Park Riding School has a long tradition of giving riders solid foundations on which to base their riding careers.
